During warranty period：

If the damage is not caused by human factors, Eevision will be responsible for the repair and replacement.

Out of warranty period:

Maintenance personnel costs include basic cost :NT 3000 / hour(Note 1) and work charge (Note 2) NT 1500/ hour, if there are parts of malfunction, we'll additionally be charged the cost of materials.

During warranty period:

If the damage is not caused by human factors, Eevision will be responsible for the repair and replacement.

Out of warranty period：

In addition to the maintenance fee USD350 per day, the customer is responsible for engineer’s flight ticket and local expense including meal, hotel and transportation costs.
