New LED chip counter system

Eevision has kept improving LED chip counter several years. There are three goals in the stage.

Unmanned
Automatic
Accurate

The following are two testing images. One is taken by the original version, and the other one is taken by upgraded version.

Because of the improvement of image and software, the accuracy can be upgraded to +/-0.03%.

Moreover, the system becomes unmanned and automatic.
